They say that any person who comes to prison with a long sentence, that eventually that person ceases to exist, and more than anything, I just want to exist!
I’ll be the first to admit that I am far from a saint, and being locked up for as many years as I have is bound to have an effect on any person, but I’m very strong minded, I have a big heart, and I’ve come a long way from the 19 yr. old kid I was when arrested to the man that I am today. A man that lives with no hope, lives with no future, and I’m very hopeful! The key to that is staying connected to the outside world. This place will make a man cold, and a soft warm touch from a distance will warm a guy right up. ☺
What I’m hoping for is to connect with a smart, caring, down to earth woman who will see past my circumstances, and just get to know me as a person. I value a friendship with someone who is real, very highly. What's up,
Introduction letters are the worse right....? I guess I should start by saying thank you for looking outside the box, not everyone is open enough to seek a connection in such an unlikely place such as prison. However, sometimes you stumble upon something special where you least expect it. I guess that's what I'm looking for here...something real.
Getting locked up when your 18 is humbling. A lot has changed in the last 10 years; trends, technology, but not who I am at my core. I've matured, I've learned, yet I'm still the loyal and fun loving person I always was, minus the craziness! lol.
I'll pretty much be starting all over real soon, and instead of going out there and not knowing anybody, I'm hoping this profile helps me meet somebody who I can get to know better now, and definitely someone I can hang out with once I get out. When you write me, please understand that this is prison, and there are some mail rules. Please send letters on plain white notebook paper. The envelope has to be plain white as well. No colored paper. The address and the return address have to be written out with pen-no address labels whatsoever. Also no greeting cards, or letters sprayed with perfume, or the mail-room will reject it. oh and only 20 pictures at a time.

Hey, my name is Corey, I’m 35 years old and from Cambridge Ohio, but will be residing in Akron Ohio upon my release on December 15th 2019! I’m currently coming to the end of my 2 years sentence for attempting to tamper with evidence.
